Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology for a part-time role (20 hours weekly) with a 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule and no regular weekends or holidays.

The technologist will assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures, maintain sterile technique, document procedures accurately, and work closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualificações

• 0-1 years of experience in cardiovascular or invasive procedures required
• RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification required
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required within stated timelines

Responsabilidades

• Assists physicians during cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Operates advanced cardiovascular equipment safely and maintains sterile techniques.
• Records, verifies, and documents data during procedures for physician review.
• Prepares and maintains comprehensive procedural documentation and progress reports.
• Maintains safe and efficient environment in the acute care area and supports patient needs.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Participates in quality improvement and adheres to policies and regulatory standards.
