Qualifications

• 0-1 years of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist required
• Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging techniques, patient positioning, and radiation safety
• Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and radiology information systems (RIS)
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality radiographic procedures independently, ensuring diagnostic-quality images
• Adheres to ALARA guidelines and participates in safety programs to minimize exposure
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, and explains procedures to ensure understanding
• Cleans and maintains imaging equipment and adheres to infection control protocols
• Records and documents procedures in PACS for radiologist interpretation
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with all policies
