Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced Cath Lab support professional to assist cardiologists in invasive cardiac and EP procedures, while monitoring and documenting patient care. The role requires strong imaging equipment skills, aseptic technique, and the ability to manage equipment and supplies during procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a radiologic technology certificate and licensed radiography credentials, with BLS and ACLS current or within one year.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and radiography license required or in process.
• Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Comprehensive radiology tech skills with cath lab support.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures and monitor patient status.
• Setup and operate imaging and electrical equipment used in procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic setup for procedures.
• Assist in equipment selection and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Document care, patient response, and procedure details accurately.
