Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a Per Diem Pre/Post Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our cardiovascular team. You will provide direct patient care to adult patients, assist in procedure rooms, and monitor patients before and after cath lab procedures, under physician supervision.

Requirements include current Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS, and willing to take call/standby. Prior cath lab or telemetry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Willing to take call/standby in Cardiovascular Lab.
• 2 years telemetry experience preferred.
• Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admitting, recovering and discharging patients from the Cardiovascular Lab.
• Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes, consulting with health team members as needed.
• Assess patient growth and development considerations to deliver age-appropriate care.
