Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Cath Lab Coordinator to facilitate and coordinate unit activities for quality patient care within its mission and values. You will report to the Clinical Operations Manager and guide staff in applying quality standards across the Cath Lab.

The role requires a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years of experience, and active RCIS/RCES or RN licensure with BLS. Cath Lab experience is preferred and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years required.
• Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Active RCIS, RCES or RN licensure required, BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care in the Cath Lab.
• Provide direction in applying quality improvement standards and hospital policies.
• Serve as a role model to staff and align activities with mission and organizational goals.
