Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an experienced RN for the Cath Lab Observation unit at TMC. The role requires collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality nursing care, patient education, and accurate medical records.

A strong ICU background and current TX RN licensure are essential. We offer day-to-day responsibilities with 12-hour shifts, 1:1 to 1:4 patient ratios, and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licenses/ Certifications: TX RN license; BLS; ACLS.
• Experience: 3+ years RN-ICU experience; no new grads.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, high-quality nursing care per nursing process and patient age group.
• Assists with exams, treatments, patient education, and medical records.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team; develops discharge/transfer plans.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and adheres to hospital standards.
