A leading healthcare facility is looking for a Cath Lab Nurse Manager to oversee the operations of a dynamic cardiac catheterization unit. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, aimed at ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and efficient team coordination. Candidates must hold a current RN license, possess significant Cath Lab experience, and demonstrate strong team management abilities. Lead and coordinate daily operations across three Cath Lab suites
Supervise and mentor a team of RNs and Radiologic Technologists
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage effectively
Support departmental budgeting, training initiatives, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve departmental and service line goals
Promote a culture of clinical excellence and interdisciplinary teamwork
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Current RN license (must be valid in New Mexico or compact state)
Minimum 5 years of Cath Lab or related clinical experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
ACLS and PALS (within 6 months of hire)
Base Salary: $101K–$135K
Sign-on bonus up to $20K
Partial relocation support available
