About The Role

A dynamic healthcare facility in Las Cruces is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager (RN) to lead their cardiovascular services team. This newly created leadership role offers a chance to oversee critical procedures in a specialized lab setting, driving innovation and high standards in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Cath Lab to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and support a team of RNs and radiologic technologists.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Implement and uphold best practices in clinical care and regulatory compliance.
• Foster staff development through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a cardiac or vascular specialty or healthcare management.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
