Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.

• 1–2 years clinical experience in relevant area.

• Manages patient and employee satisfaction while promoting safety and retention.
• Coordinates quality initiatives and drives process improvements.
• Develops leadership skills among staff and supports career advancement.
