Job summary

Salinas Valley Health Medical Center is seeking a seasoned Cath Lab Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high quality patient care, and oversee staffing and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, RCIS/ARRT-Certification and leadership experience in a Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• RCIS or ARRT, CRT and Fluoroscopy required.
• 3 years of leadership in Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab.
• 2 years as a Cardiac Cath technologist performing specialized procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiac Cath Lab operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure departmental budget adherence and policy compliance.
• Maintain licenses, CEUs and competency training for staff.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists to develop Cath Lab policies and protocols.
• Manage department scheduling, inventory and relations with vendors.
