Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced RN to join Banner Cardiovascular Center – Mesa, a state-of-the-art cath lab and electrophysiology focused facility. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for cardiac patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting care, and supporting discharge planning while maintaining high standards of patient safety and outcomes. Arizona licensure required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, or higher, required.
• Current RN license in-state or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Level I: 0-3 years; Standard: 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions per policy.
• Coordinate with care team for discharge planning.
• Document assessments, plans and progress in medical records.
• Administer medications and IV conscious sedation under physician direction.
• Educate patients and families and ensure safety and quality of care.
