Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a Lead Cath Lab professional to guide complex cardiac catheterization procedures and coordinate workflow for a high-performing team. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care within a fast-paced cath lab environment.

The candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years in a cath lab setting, hold ARRT/CCI licensure, and may possess RCIS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting.
• Current certification and registration with ARRT or CCI is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or within 90 days of hire) are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cath Lab serves as a clinical and operational resource for the cath lab team.
• Guide complex procedures and support high-quality, safe patient care.
• Provide informal leadership, technical expertise, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory standards and the B Safe program.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate case assignments in the EHR.
