• Scrub, circulate, and monitor Cath Lab procedures.
• Coordinate daily schedules and resource planning.
• Precept and mentor staff on clinical competencies and safety.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory and radiation safety compliance.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and data collection.
