Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow, FL seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab/IR Tech to support diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cardiovascular & Interventional Services Team. You will operate with minimal supervision during diagnostic and interventional cases.

Requirements include an Associate's/technical Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT and NBRC RRT credentials, and 1 year of Cath Lab/IR experience. On-call and full-time shifts with 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab/interventional experience preferred.
• ARRT certification and NBRC RRT credential required.
• Associate's degree or technical degree in Radiologic Technology required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab/IR.
• Independently function during diagnostic and interventional cases with minimal supervision.

BayCare is looking for its newest Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Tech in Bartow, FL. The Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently function during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS and ACLS is required
• AART or RRT and NBRC credential for RRT is required

Education:

• Required Associate's or Technical

Experience:

• Required experience is 1 year in Related Field or 3 years Related experience in lieu of Technical Training/Program
• Required Technical or Associates in Radiology + ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Associates in Respiratory+ RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Graduate of CVT Program and No Experience OR 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education OR RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education.
