Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech for the Safety Harbor, FL location. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and invasive procedures as part of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team. Independent functioning during diagnostics and interventions with minimal supervision is expected.

Licensure includes ARRT and NBRC/RCIS RCES options; BLS and ACLS required. Experience pathways include CVT or 3 years Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology in lieu of education.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab experience or Interventional Radiology exposure is required.
• RCIS/RCES and/or related credentials also acceptable as part of experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Function independently during diagnostics and interventions with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
• Maintain readiness of the Cath Lab equipment and supplies.
