Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Cath Lab/IR Tech for its Riverview, FL location. You will join the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services team and support diagnostic and invasive procedures with minimal supervision. The role requires ARRT credential, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year of Cath Lab/IR experience.

Work schedule features 10-hour shifts, occasional weekend work, and on-site duties at St Josephs South facility. On-call duties apply, with BayCare’s comprehensive total rewards package included.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT radiologic technologist credential.
• Active NBRC credential for RRT preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1 year of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Electrophysiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cath Lab/IR.
• Collaborate with the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team.
• Ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS and credentialing requirements.

BayCare is looking for its newest Cath Lab/IR Tech in Riverview, FL. The Cath Lab/IR Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently function during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.

Licensure & Certification

Education

Required Technical or Associates in Radiology + ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Associates in Respiratory + RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR Graduate of CVT Program and No Experience OR 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education OR RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education

Experience

Required experience is 1 year - Related Field; Or - 3 years - Related experience in lieu of Technical Training/Program
