White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced Cath Lab/IR Registered Nurse for our CVIR Department. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care and collaborative teamwork in a faith-informed health system.

The position requires Maryland RN licensure, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and BLS/ACLS as needed. Employment includes comprehensive benefits and a 40-hour work week with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland State nursing license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing NCLEX is required.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years; eligible for specialty certifications.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a care plan according to patient population.
• Identifies changes in patient condition and initiates corrective action.
• Mentors staff in patient-centered care and conducts rounds with patients and families.
• Promotes teamwork and supports quality improvement initiatives.
• Uses data and safety resources to improve clinical practice.
