Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Supervising Radiology Leader to ensure equipment operates, coordinate procedures with Medical, Nursing and Radiology staff, and manage budgets and quality initiatives. You will guide departmental planning and participate in performance improvement projects.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and 5+ years in cardiac cath and interventional radiology, with RN/RCIS/CET credentials and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have RN, RCIS, or CET per listed requirements.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience required.
• 5+ years experience including cardiac cath and interventional radiology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department equipment operates and schedules service to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate procedures with Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and Radiology Staff.
• Develop an annual departmental and personal action plan for Critical Success Factors.
• Organize daily work flow and assign staff responsibilities for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures.
