Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Lab RN to lead cath lab activities, perform POC testing, and coordinate patient flow. The role emphasizes teaching staff, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting process improvements within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year leadership experience in the cath lab, RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork at AdventHealth.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
1+ years experience leading in the modality assigned.
2+ years cath lab experience (preferred).
BLS & ACLS certifications required; RN/Paramedic/RRT/RCIS/RCES can be listed as accepted licenses.

Responsibilities

Perform waived and/or non-waived Point of Care Testing with competency.
Assist with patient flow by ensuring timely room turnover and preparation.
Teach and coach staff toward professional growth and process improvement.
Lead as part of a team in the cath lab and maintain quality documentation.
