Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet seeks an Interventional Radiology Tech (ARRT-R required) to join the Cath Lab team. Part-time days schedule at 333 Madison St, Joliet, IL 60435.

You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases, monitor real-time hemodynamics, and ensure sterile prep and room readiness in a fast-paced setting. The role requires ARRT-R and state licensure, BCLS; ACLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and licensed as required by State; VI preferred.
• Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology department preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in life-saving cardiac procedures - work side-by-side with physicians during diagnostic and interventional cases.
• Own the procedure room - scrub in, maintain sterile technique, and ensure everything is ready for seamless cases.
• Monitor real-time hemodynamic data that directly impacts patient outcomes.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and room readiness at a high level.
• Support training, collaborate with peers, and be part of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
• Uphold top standards in patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
