This role involves scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring under the supervision of interventional cardiologists or electrophysiologists. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath or EP lab, with relevant certifications required within set timeframes. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cardiac cath or EP lab experience
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire; RCIS/RCES certification

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular procedures in the Cardiac Cath and EP Lab.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Cardiac Cath Lab principles and techniques.
• Develop and implement appropriate procedure/treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment and work areas safely.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular technology associates degree
