The role directs and provides leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Peripheral Vascular Lab, acting as a daily operations supervisor and clinician responsible for orientation, training, and competency development.

The incumbent ensures regulatory compliance, collaborates across departments, oversees capital equipment needs, and participates in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Allied Health Profession is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience.
• RCIS or RCES licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide leadership to the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Peripheral Vascular Lab.
• Oversee orientation, training, and competency assessments for staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across the labs.
