Endeavor Health is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Cath Lab at Edward Hospital in Naperville for a full-time, day-shift role. The position leads nursing staff, coordinates patient flow and supports quality and regulatory initiatives within the Cath Lab.

The ideal candidate holds an IL RN license, a BSN (MSN preferred), BLS/ACLS, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing plus 2 years in a supervisory role. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license required.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 3 years clinical nursing experience and 2 years supervisory/charge nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, leadership and support to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe patient care.
• Serve as the department charge nurse, including staff assignments, patient flow, bed placement and coordination of add-on cases.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate department priorities and address workflow and patient safety concerns.
• Manage staff schedules, time and attendance, performance and day-to-day staffing needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support staff education, quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
