Endeavor Health, based in Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Cath Lab. The role requires an IL RN license, BSN, BLS/ACLS, and 3 years nursing plus 2 years supervisory experience.

The position is full-time with day shift, Monday–Friday, at Edward Hospital. You will lead staff, coordinate add-on cases, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• BSN is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse).

Hourly Pay Range:

$45.21 - $70.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do:

What you will need:

• Certification: Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, such as charge nurse experience.
