Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Cath Lab. The role is full time with day shifts, overseeing nursing staff and patient flow in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, leadership and support to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe patient care.
• Function as the department charge nurse, including staff assignments, patient flow, bed placement and coordination of add-on cases.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate department priorities and address workflow and patient safety concerns.
• Manage staff schedules, time and attendance, performance and day-to-day staffing needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support staff education, quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Hourly Pay Range: $45.21 - $70.08 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What you will do

• Provide clinical guidance, leadership and support to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe patient care.

What you will need

• License: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Certification: Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, such as charge nurse experience.
