Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville is seeking a Clinical Staff Leader for the Cardiac Cath Lab Team 10. The CSL provides direct supervision, leads a cohort of staff, supports clinical practice development and manages patient care outcomes, reporting to the nursing manager to drive high performance.

You will mentor staff, define standards for quality care, manage projects, and facilitate education on clinical standards while maintaining alignment with the unit's strategic plan and vision.
