Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CV Invasive Specialist II for Good Samaritan Hospital's Cath Lab – EP, IR, Cardiac and Vascular in Lafayette, Colorado. The role requires RCIS/RCES or equivalent credentials and provides on-call shifts with a 36-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate will perform advanced invasive procedures, support patient safety, instrument handling, and collaborative care in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification; PALS for pediatric hospitals or ACLS for adults.
• By March 1, 2026 RCIS/RCES or ARRT-CI/ARRT-VI or RN license required.
• Maintains at least 12 CME credits per year.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor in diagnostic, interventional, and CRM procedures according to scope of practice documents.
• Complete procedure data entry; acquire and process imaging studies, hemodynamic assessments and calculations.
• Orient and train staff; teach, coach, mentor, and provide direct supervision as a defined preceptor.
• Provide staff education in Skills Day Workshops.
