Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Cardiovascular Diagnostic Tech-Cath Lab to support diagnostic cardiac procedures and related services in a 235-bed acute care facility in Wellington, FL. The role includes call coverage, overtime opportunities, and a Monday–Friday day shift with 7:00am–3:30pm hours.

The CVL technologist provides scrub assistance, hemodynamic monitoring when needed, and may float to other areas to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular program or related field preferred.
• Certification in Cardiovascular or Radiology tech fields encouraged.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to cross-train to other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologist in diagnostic cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Perform scrub duties and monitor hemodynamics as applicable.
• Support stroke alert processes and patient preparation for endovascular care.
• Maintain currency in stroke knowledge with annual training.
