Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. The role includes day shift with on-call duties and requires IL RN licensure, BSN preferred, and CPR (BLS/ACLS).

Compensation includes a pay range and a $20K sign-on bonus for 1+ year Cath Lab experience, with a two-year commitment. Eligible candidates should be prepared for on-call from Highland Park or Evanston when needed.

• NLN accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred.
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (American Heart Association).
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.

$20K Sign On Bonus with 1+ year of Cath Lab experience

Position Highlights

Position: RN, Cardiac Cath/EP Lab

Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL (with on-call at either Highland Park or Evanston - 45 minutes)

Hours: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, Includes On-Call responsibility

What you will need

• IL RN license
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
