Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, with day shifts 7:00am–7:30pm and rotating weekends and holidays.

You will provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients and collaborate with the care team to promote optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or ADN with a plan to pursue a BSN within five years), licensed in

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years RN inpatient unit experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; ADN holders must obtain BSN within five years.
• Current IL RN licensure and active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care on Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit.
• Monitor patients, administer meds, and coordinate with care team.
• Rotate weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Location: Edward Main Hospital - Naperville

• Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Hours: Days 7:00am-7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays

What you will need:

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Required License and/or Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position

• Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
