Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. Day shifts with on-call duties, requiring IL RN licensure and NLN-accredited nursing education. BLS & ACLS are required; prior CCU/ED and telemetry experience is highly preferred. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for 1+ year Cath Lab experience.

The role includes on-call coverage at Highland Park or Evanston and a commitment of 2 years. Minimum wage updates may apply in Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required and in good standing.
• NLN-accredited nursing program completed.
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (AHA).
• Critical Care/Emergency Dept and conscious sedation experience preferred.
• Telemetry monitoring experience in Medical-Surgical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in Cardiac Cath/EP Lab during day shift with on-call responsibilities.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.

$20K Sign On Bonus with 1+ year of Cath Lab experience

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN, Cardiac Cath/EP Lab
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL (with on-call at either Highland Park or Evanston - 45 minutes)
• Hours: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, Includes On-Call responsibility
  

What you will need:

• IL RN license
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
