Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This day-shift role includes on-call responsibilities with travel within the region.

Candidates must hold an IL RN license and have relevant Cath Lab or critical care experience; BSN preferred. The position offers competitive pay with a new minimum hourly base rate of $37.25 starting October 2026 and a $20K sign-on bonus for 1+ year Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• IL RN license is required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required by American Heart Association.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab.
• Support conscious sedation procedures and telemetry monitoring as needed.
• On-call responsibilities and day-shift coverage as scheduled.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN, Cardiac Cath/EP Lab
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL (with on-call at either Highland Park or Evanston - 45 minutes)
• Hours: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, Includes On-Call responsibility
  

What you will need:

• IL RN license
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
