Ogan Hospitality in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Catering Warehouse Assistant to support the daily warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, prepare event equipment and rentals, organize storage areas, and assist with load-ins and pack-outs to help events run smoothly.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a team-oriented mindset. Shifts include weekends and some holidays; compensation is hourly and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow packing lists and procedures.
• Experience with catering, hospitality, event operations, warehouse, or rental industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and standardizing all displays and buffets based on menu items and guest count with the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist in pack‑outs of all events on a weekly basis (pull and stage equipment, rentals, decor, and supplies for events).
• Assist in running missing items and equipment out to events when needed.
• Assist in the organization and pulling of all rental equipment.
• Unload delivery and event trucks and return items from dish and carts.
• Assist with event set‑up and breakdown when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse and loading dock.
• Assist with seasonal deep‑cleaning, inventory, and warehouse improvement projects.
• Load and unload catering vehicles safely and efficiently.
