• We are hiring immediately for full-time CATERING TO YOU SUPERVISOR positions.

• Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend, and half days on Wednesdays; more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates patient meal service and special requests for the Catering to You Program. Ensures staff are trained and units are staffed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes for the Catering to You service.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures menu alternatives for dietary needs and preferences.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal processes daily.
• Responds to patient needs, resolves concerns promptly.
• Adheres to confidentiality and patient's rights policies.
• Complies with regulatory standards (federal, state, JCAHO).
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Completes documentation and reports.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
