Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Lead Catering Supervisor for Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. You will train and supervise the catering team, ensure top-quality food preparation and service, and uphold company standards across all event spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating contracts, managing client relationships, and supporting setup, teardown, and full event execution. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with at least six months in a relevant

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment.
• Effective guest communication and menu knowledge are important.
• Basic math to handle cash and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise catering team members.
• Ensure all food preparations, presentations, and service meet company standards.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing contracts while building client relationships.
• Assist with booking, set-up, tear-down, and full execution of catered events.
• Answer guest questions and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure all workstations, pantries, and storerooms remain clean and stocked.
