Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience with leadership responsibilities in a large production kitchen or high-volume operation.
• Strong skills in high-volume cooking, food presentation, and recipe adherence; ability to coach a diverse team.
• Knowledge of food and labor cost monitoring, menu development, costing, ordering, inventory, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the culinary team, ensuring efficiency, proper techniques, recipe standards, and high-quality food.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to create a cohesive work environment.
• Support cost management, prepare schedules, oversee inventory, and manage ordering/receiving.
• Collaborate on menu design and recipe development with costing and bulk recipe writing.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen in compliance with regulations and company policies.
