Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous food service and supervisory/lead experience required.
• Schedule may vary with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure Catering to You service objectives.
• Ensures dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated.
• Interacts with nursing and daily evaluates patient meal selections and delivery.
• Addresses patient concerns and escalates as needed to supervisor.
• Upholds HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Complies with regulatory standards including JCAHO.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
