Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational management experience in catering.
• Knowledge of online catering modules preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and decision making ability.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train and coordinate the catering team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Operational knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with clients; work with customers on event planning and pricing.
• Ensure preparation, delivery and display of hot/cold catering items and other prepared items.
• Schedule team members to ensure coverage for events.
• Maintain budgets across food, labor and operating costs.
• Ensure high quality products and service for events.
• Follow up on all catered events to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on menu concepts and events.
• Engage professionally with individuals at all levels at the account.
• Oversee care and operation of delivery vehicles.
