Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates patient meal service and special requests for the Catering to You Program. Ensures staff are trained and units are staffed.

Essential Duties:

• Oversees systems to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures menu options meet dietary, allergy, cultural, and religious needs.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate meal service processes.
• Responds promptly to patient needs and concerns.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Completes documentation and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
