Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous catering and supervisory experience required.
• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and Food Handler's certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules for timely delivery, service and cleanup.
• Prepare and serve food at scheduled functions under the Catering Director.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
