Aztec Shops, Ltd. is seeking a kitchen steward supervisor to oversee the dishwashing staff and ensure daily cleaning across back-of-house areas. You will lead the team, enforce health standards, and support event catering operations.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, basic computer skills, and compliance with health regulations. On-site work with opportunities for growth are offered.

Formación

• Two years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of health codes applicable to food preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises a staff of dishwashers and oversees daily cleaning in BOH areas.
• Manages labor, payroll and cost controls within budgets.
• Coordinates delivery of food for events and maintains inventory of serviceware.
