Job summary

Taziki’s Café is seeking team members to serve as ambassadors, delivering friendly service and accurate catering orders. You will assist with setup, deliveries, and maintaining clean, stocked vehicles while communicating menu details clearly.

We value energetic individuals with flexible schedules who want to grow with us. Prior food service experience is preferred; 21+ years old. Training provided, including food safety certification after start.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Leadership and communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities.
• Agree to obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, menu, story, and culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing, and communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times and follow traffic laws.
• Comply with Health Department standards.
