Job summary

Tazik y’s Café is seeking a team member to act as a welcoming ambassador while handling catering orders and customer inquiries. You will prepare, deliver, and set up catering orders, ensuring vehicle readiness and safety during transport.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, knowledge of menu items and pricing, and adherence to health standards. A flexible schedule and prior food service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule.
• Energetic and customer-focused.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong guest service and communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
