Eurest USA is seeking a Catering Sous Chef to lead culinary operations for corporate dining programs in Maryland. You will oversee planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation while maintaining quality, safety, and presentation standards in a fast-paced catering environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in management, with a proven ability to develop menus, control costs, and lead a high-performing kitchen team, including catering

Qualifications

• 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in catering operations, events, and menu planning.
• Knowledge of food safety, cost controls, and presentation.
• Proven supervisory and coaching skills.
• ServSafe or Health Department certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, ordering, inventory and food preparation.
• Oversees back-of-house associates and kitchen operations.
• Leads catering events and menu development.
• Ensures compliance with Health Department regulations and client guidelines.
