Aramark in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Catering Services Supervisor to lead and support catering events of varying sizes at central and satellite locations. You will ensure brand standards and client satisfaction while coordinating staff, equipment, and service details.

The role includes pricing, event booking, hiring support, and ongoing safety and sanitation oversight. Training development for hourly and student staff is part of the responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to OpX

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise catering operations, coordinating staff, rentals, setup, service and breakdown.
• Plan and price menus, book events and assist with cost items.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors; attend management meetings.
• Represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and safety via checklists and hands-on oversight.
• Support catering training for hourly, part-time and student staff.
• Aid in implementing Aramark OpX catering initiatives and guidelines.
