Position Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Catering Servers/Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Catering Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests, ensuring that all food and beverages are served according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including service stations, tables, and bars.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service laws.
• Work closely with the catering team to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender, preferably in a catering or banquet setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be certificated in food handling and/or alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)
• Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
