Erickson Senior Living is seeking a flex (on-call) Catering Server at The Grandview in North Bethesda, MD to support on-site catering and banquet events. You will provide exceptional service to residents and staff with flexible shifts and no late nights.

This role offers competitive hourly pay ($20.00-$21.00) and opportunities to grow as the community expands, with emphasis on teamwork, food knowledge, and delivering a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
