Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living, located in North Bethesda, MD, is seeking an on-call Catering Server to deliver exceptional service during on-site events. Flexible shifts, weekends, and no late nights offer a balanced schedule.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include mastering menu items, engaging residents and guests, accurately recording orders, and providing a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol where required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
