Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in food service or sales experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting a team.
• Strong communication skills – ability to communicate to all levels within an organization.
• Time Management, sense of urgency, proven organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter, able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to coordinate and influence internal customers to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administrator: support customer proposals, manage authorized users, ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com, and maintain program documents.
• Order Execution: assist with catering inquiries, enter orders, coordinate fulfillment and delivery, ensure order accuracy.
• Business Building Support: build relationships with internal departments, resolve missing/late orders, audit key accounts, generate reports.
