Concert Golf Partners seeks a Catering Sales Manager to lead catering operations within the Food & Beverage department. Base plus commissions, total compensation $65,000–$70,000. You will support daily catering sales, assist the Director of Catering Sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in catering operations.
• Customer service experience in a hotel or country club.
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Hospitality career focus is a plus; driven, self-motivated and dedicated.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu items regarding preparation method, ingredients, portion size, and sides.
• Coordinate with the Director of Catering Sales to organize daily operations.
• Conduct phone calls with catering clients and represent the Club; perform follow ups.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving catering complaints.
• Maintain daily sales information to boost revenues.
• Communicate needs promptly and participate in department meetings.
